Judy Borus CPHR CLC is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Conquest Planning Inc. since September 2021. Judy is also the Senior Consultant and Founder of High Road Consulting, which has been operational since September 2013, providing a variety of HR services to businesses and individuals. Previously, Judy held the role of Director of Human Resources at Education Canada Group from October 2014 to September 2021, and was a Senior Consultant at People First HR Services from February 2012 to September 2013, where personalized coaching and career transition support were provided. Judy's extensive experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources & Training at EISI Emerging Information Systems Inc. from 2000 to January 2012, and as a Senior HR Consultant at IG Wealth Management from 1977 to June 2000. Educationally, Judy has pursued professional development through the Asper School of Business and holds certifications from CPHR Manitoba and various courses at the University of Manitoba and Red River College Polytechnic.
