Courtney Perumal is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an L1 Support Engineer and Support Analyst at Conosco since July 2022. Prior to this role, Courtney gained valuable experience as a 1st Line NOC Engineer at BDNS UK from September 2021 to July 2022. Courtney completed an International Diploma in IT Engineering and holds two National Certificates in Information Technology from iStudent Academy (Pty) Ltd, all obtained between 2018 and 2019.
