Carl Gibson has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Training & Competency Supervisor at ConocoPhillips since 2017, after joining the organization in 2005. Prior roles at ConocoPhillips include SD Operations Coordinator and Operations Supervisor, highlighting a progression from technical advisor to leadership positions. Previously, Carl worked at ARC Energy Ltd as an Operations Supervisor, and at Dubai Supply Authority managing onshore gas pipeline operations. Carl began a career in oil and gas with Baker Hughes and has a diploma in management from Charles Darwin University.
