Erin Dumonski is an experienced leader with a strong background in the aviation and aerospace industry. They have held several key roles, including Production Chief for Military Engine Development Programs at Pratt & Whitney and Director of Modernization & Advanced Manufacturing Technologies at Raytheon Technologies. Erin's previous experience includes managing the ACE Certification Program at United Technologies and leading quality initiatives as the Director of Quality at North East Fasteners Corporation. They hold a Master's degree from the National Graduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering & Management from Clarkson University. Erin currently serves as a Board Member at CONNSTEP, Inc.
