Daryl Smith began their work experience in 2013 as a Guest Services Associate at Carnival Cruise Lines. In 2015, they transitioned to a role as an Assistant General Manager at Boston Pizza and also took on a position as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks. From 2016 to 2018, Daryl worked as a Service One Team Lead at Pan Pacific Vancouver. In 2018, they joined Pursuit Collection as a Sales Specialist and later became an Inside Sales Specialist. Currently, Daryl is working at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (CC&L) as a Specialist in Institutional Client Reporting, starting in February 2022.

Daryl Smith attended Vancouver Community College (VCC) from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Hospitality Management Diploma with a focus on Hospitality Administration/Management.
