Karl Rentsch has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Karl started their career at Cigna in 1989 as a Financial Accountant, specializing in HMO Financial Reporting, and later shifted to Aetna in 1993 to work as a Senior Accountant in Healthplan Reporting. In 1997, Karl joined Prudential Financial as a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist and stayed with the company until 2006. During this time, they gained significant expertise in financial reporting. In 2006, Karl returned to Cigna, taking on the role of Budget Senior Specialist and later being promoted to Financial Analysis Manager. In this position, they managed, developed, and monitored the end-to-end operating expense management process for various divisions and products within the company. Karl then moved to Conning in 2015 as a Vice President of Corporate Finance, where they currently hold a leadership role.

Karl Rentsch has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from Bryant University. Prior to that, they attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School.
