Carleen Martin is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the HR and OD Manager at Connexus since April 2021, Carleen previously held the position of Head of Human Resources and Organisational Development (Interim) at City of Bristol College from August 2020 to April 2021. Carleen's extensive experience includes a long tenure as Human Resources Manager at Bron Afon Community Housing from December 2011 to May 2020, as well as over a decade as Director: HR Consultant at Imica Business Consultants. Additional roles include Interim HR Advisor at Hoople and HR And Quality Manager at Iron Trades Insurance Ltd. Carleen holds an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of West London and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from The University of Manchester.
