Stephen Maw has extensive experience as a Technical Support & Implementation Specialist at Tel-e-technologies Distribution of Canada and Globestarsystems Inc (Connexall) since June 1990. Responsibilities include providing pre and post sales support, designing workflows based on customer requirements, installing and configuring the Connexall suite of software, and delivering training to end users, administrators, and authorized resellers globally. Additionally, Stephen serves as a subject matter expert for Spectralink wireless handsets and is responsible for their installation and programming. Prior experience includes work as a Business Telephone System Installer/Programmer/Trainer at Business Systems Improvements (BSI) from March 1985 to August 1989. Stephen Maw completed an Engineerā€™s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Georgian College and studied at Humber College.
