Russell Ramzel is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience, currently serving as a Partner at Conner & Winters since January 2012, where previous roles included Associate Attorney and Law Clerk. Prior to this, Russell worked as a Paralegal at Young, Bowden & Bailey, Inc., P.C., from May 2008 to July 2009. Russell holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law, attained between 2009 and 2012, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Arkansas, completed from 2000 to 2004.
