Kim Guadagno serves as the Executive Director of Mercy Center NJ since August 2021, focusing on initiatives to combat generational poverty. Concurrently, Kim holds positions as a Partner at Connell Foley LLP and Director at OceanFirst Bank, overseeing operations for OceanFirst Financial Corp. and OceanFirst Bank NA. Previous roles include President & CEO of Fulfill, 1st Lieutenant Governor of New Jersey, and Sheriff of Monmouth County, where Kim became the first woman to hold the office. Kim's legal background includes time as a Legal Research & Writing Instructor at Rutgers Law School and experience as an Assistant Attorney General in New Jersey. Kim began a career as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, emphasizing corruption cases. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law from American University and a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Political Science and Economics from Ursinus College.
