Nitin Desai is an experienced engineering leader with a robust background in technology and management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at ConnectWise since September 2019, Nitin previously held the role of Director of Engineering. Prior experience includes significant positions at BMC Software as Senior Engineering Manager from November 2010 to August 2019 and at CoreObjects as Lead PDS from July 2006 to October 2010. Nitin began a career in engineering as a Project Engineer at the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) and has held various roles since 2002, including Computer Technician at NIC and Programmer at Heramb Enterprises. Nitin's journey in the industry began as an IT Engineering Trainee at HUGHES TELE.COM (INDIA LTD.).
