Laurie Sorensen is an experienced Leadership & Talent Development Manager at ConnectWise since October 2016, focusing on the creation and management of leadership development programs and career growth initiatives in support of the Chief People Officer. Additionally, Laurie serves as a LifePlan Facilitator, guiding individuals and couples through strategic planning processes. Previous roles include Senior Learning Architect and Learning Architect, where Laurie designed leadership and professional development courses. Laurie is also a Catalyst at GiANT Worldwide and has held positions at HTG Peer Groups, including Learning Architect and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Laurie's educational background includes a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the College of Saint Mary and a Master of Science in Reading from Western Illinois University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Iowa State University.
