Caitlin Barnes is an experienced Product Manager at ConnectWise since July 2018, previously holding the position of Resource Allocation Manager at Kroll from September 2011 to July 2018, where responsibilities included managing the allocation of case work for over 80 researchers and enhancing research efficiency for improved profitability. Prior roles at Kroll included Resource Allocation Specialist, Associate, and Research Analyst, where Caitlin demonstrated expertise in managing resources and conducting comprehensive research. Earlier experience includes a State Judicial Clerkship at the St. Clair County Probate Court and a legal internship with the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts and Letters in Professional Writing from Michigan State University and a Public History and Historic Preservation Certificate from Northern Virginia Community College.
