Srikant Sreenivasan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Srikant co-founded and served as the President at ConnectSecure (previously known as CyberCNS) since November 2018. Prior to that, in 2008, they co-founded Hash Include Holdings. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, they worked as a Customer Business Transformation Director (Asia Pacific) at Cisco Systems from November 2007 to September 2008. From 2003 to 2007, they served as a Manager for Solution Sales (Information Worker) at Microsoft Corporation. Srikant also has experience as a Manager in Business Consulting at KPMG (2002) and as a Business Consulting Manager at Arthur Andersen (1996-2002). Additionally, they worked as a Manager at Rediff.com from December 1995 to June 1996.

Srikant Sreenivasan completed their Bachelor of Computer Science degree in Computer Science from Nowrosjee Wadia, University of Pune in the years 1990 to 1994. Srikant pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing from Manipal University during the period of 2004 to 2005. Later on, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 2005 to 2006, where they obtained a Professional in Leadership and Management (PLM) degree with a focus on Business Leadership and Marketing.
