Blair England has a diverse work background starting in 2003 as an Account Handler at Stackhouse Poland and later becoming a PA at Lewison Wealth Management from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, Blair worked as an Account Executive at Penna before transitioning to KPMG in 2010 as a Marketing Executive until 2016. Currently, Blair serves as the Head of University Partnerships at MyKindaFuture, where they previously held roles as a Senior University Relationship Manager and Emerging Talent Recruiter. In their current role, Blair focuses on building and strengthening relationships with universities to provide students with insight into various career opportunities and develop their skills for the workforce.

Blair England attended Chisipite Senior School from 1992 to 1997. However, no degree or field of study is provided for this educational institution. Later, from 1999 to 2002, Blair enrolled in Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University and pursued a Btech degree in the field of Graphic Design.
