Brian Scriber is the Vice President of Security and Privacy Technologies at CableLabs, leading efforts in innovative security technology for mobile and fixed networks since August 2014. With a distinguished background that includes roles such as Distinguished Technologist at CableLabs and various leadership positions in industry organizations like the Connectivity Standards Alliance and the Messaging, Malware, Mobile Anti-Abuse Working Group, Brian is heavily involved in shaping privacy and security standards. Previous experience includes Chief Scientist at Optimal Schedule, Chief Technology Officer at Open Scan Technologies, and Chief Information Officer at Assist Group. Brian holds an MBA in Technology Strategy and Management from the University of Colorado Boulder, a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.
