Joseph Cullen currently serves as the Director of Program Review & Assessment at Connecticut State Community College, overseeing assessment processes across the college's 12 campuses since August 2020. Previously, Joseph held the position of Professor and Chair of Liberal Arts & Sciences at Labouré College of Healthcare, where leadership of the Division of Arts & Sciences and the founding of the Center for Student Success and Teaching Excellence were notable contributions. Additional academic roles include professorships at Curry College, Appalachian State University, and the University of Bridgeport. Joseph holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology/Special Education from The University of Connecticut and a B.A. and M.Ed. in Sociology and School Psychology, respectively, from William & Mary.
