John Linehan was elected to the Connecticut College Board of Trustees in 2018.
Linehan is the portfolio manager for the Equity Income and the U.S. Concentrated Large-Cap Equity Income Strategies and co-portfolio manager of the U.S. Large-Cap Value Strategy at T. Rowe Price. In addition, Linehan is the chief investment officer of Equity and a member of the firm’s U.S. Equity Steering and Equity Brokerage and Trading Control committees. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.
Linehan has 29 years of investment experience, 20 with T. Rowe Price. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, he was an executive in the oil trading and consulting industry. He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Linehan serves as a board member for St. Mary’s Seminary and the University and the Baltimore Equitable Society. Previously, he has served on the board of the Odyssey School where he was chair for five years, Friends School of Baltimore, Gilman School, Baltimore Equitable Scholarship Trust, and the South Baltimore Homeless Shelter.
Linehan earned a B.A. in economics from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was the Henry Ford II Scholar, an Arjay Miller Scholar, and the winner of the Alexander A. Robichek Award in finance.
