Tara Spaniotis is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Connecticut Children's since February 2019, Tara has held various roles within the organization, including Assistant Manager and Senior Financial Analyst. Previously, Tara worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from July 2016 to February 2019, and at Pratt & Whitney from June 2000 to March 2016.
