Caitlin Gadecki currently serves as the Digital Communications Manager at Connecticut Children's, a role held since January 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing digital marketing strategies, managing the Foundation Communications master calendar, and collaborating with various departments to enhance ROI through effective communication. Prior experience includes serving as a Communications Specialist at the same organization, focusing on online infrastructure transitions and digital communications management. Previously, Caitlin held multiple positions at Connecticut Children's Medical Center Foundation, including Event Manager and Development Associate, where event coordination and donor engagement were key responsibilities. Caitlin's career began as a Marketing Coordinator at Six Flags, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Western New England University in 2006.
