Casandra B. currently serves as Events Team Lead, Conference Producer, and Third Party Events and Partnerships Manager at Connected Places Catapult since April 2023. Previously, Casandra worked as Project Manager for Partnerships and Client Engagement at Gemini Corporation NV, coordinating high-profile engagements at the World Economic Forum in Davos 2022. At HSBC, Casandra held various roles including Event Manager for Executive Events, successfully delivering numerous global virtual events and managing strategic participation in key summits, as well as Strategic Engagement Manager for Strategic Events. Earlier experience includes roles at Missing People as Major Donor Manager, and at the University of Westminster as Development Officer, along with multiple positions at Cancer Research UK. Casandra holds an MA in International Liaison and Communication from the University of Westminster, a BA/BSc (Hons) in Sociology and Social Science with Communication from Canterbury Christ Church University, and completed a Baccalaureate at Gheorghe Lazar National College.
