Tony Gantt has held a variety of roles in the past. From 1995 to 2004, they worked at The Coca-Cola Company, first as a Global Groupware Operations Technician and then as a Global IT Client Support Center Manager. In 2004, they moved to Comcast, where they served as a Lead Trouble Call Tech and Tech Trainer. From 2007 to 2011, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Creative Cable, and from 2011 to present, they have held multiple roles at ConnectAndSell, Inc., including Manager of Operations-US Call Navigation Agents, US Agent Manager, and Operations Team Lead. Prior to 1995, they worked as an Electrician for Atlanta Electrical.

Tony Gantt attended Osborne High School from 1980 to 1984, where they studied Computer Programming and Mathematics.
