Shaiju K Raman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Shaiju is currently the Managing Director at Connect4sure Technologies Pvt Ltd. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer at Aintree Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they provided consulting, technology, and outsourcing services. Shaiju also worked as a Director at Kalkuzhipparambil Nidhi Ltd and Corsica Solutions Pvt Ltd. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Business at Astral Cammunications.

Shaiju K Raman holds an MBA degree in Marketing from Bharathiar University, which they completed between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they received a BA degree in Economics from the University of Calicut, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Their high school education was undertaken at Vijaya HSS from 2001 to 2006, specializing in Economics at the plus Two level. Additionally, Shaiju has obtained various certifications such as Google Cloud Sales and Microsoft Certified Professional.
