Natalie Bird is a seasoned professional with a background in service delivery and management. Currently serving as a Senior Team Lead and Service Delivery Manager at Connect44 since November 2020, Natalie has previously held the role of Services BDM at Westcon from December 2018 to November 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Service Delivery Manager at Vodafone from January 2010 to February 2017, and as Product Manager/Project Manager at Cable&Wireless Worldwide from October 2004 to January 2010. Natalie holds a Sound Engineering & Design BSc from The University of Bolton and a degree in Media and Marketing Communication from Bracknell & Wokingham College.
