Jeanine Lynch began their work experience in 1982 as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Continental Illinois National Bank. Jeanine worked in this role until 1989. From 1993 to 2005, Jeanine served as an Adjunct Faculty in Computer Information Systems at William Rainey Harper College. In 2010, they joined JensenIT Inc. as a Web Developer, and remained in this role until 2012. Currently, Jeanine is a part of the Association Management Center, where they started in 2012 as a Web Editor. Jeanine then transitioned to the role of Project Manager - Web and Analytics Specialist in May 2022.

Jeanine Lynch has a diverse education history. Jeanine obtained an MBA in Management Information Systems from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, graduating in 1989. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. in Production Management from Loyola University Chicago, graduating in 1981. In 2012, Jeanine Lynch pursued a Web Developer Certificate from Oakton College. Other than their formal education, they also hold additional certifications, such as the Jira Fundamentals Badge and Jira Service Management Fundamentals Badge, which were obtained from the Association Management Center in May 2023.
