Rachael Edwards is an experienced professional in team leadership and administration, currently serving as the NRSWA Team Lead at Connect It Utility Services since March 2021. Prior to this role, Rachael held the position of Streetworks Team Manager at Kier Group, where responsibilities included managing HR and meeting targets for the Virgin Media work stream. Rachael's background also includes serving as a Civils Streetworks Senior Administrator at McNicholas and various administrative roles in customer service and cash management at New Century Bingo Ltd, Cineworld Cinemas Ltd, Tenpin Ltd, and AMF. Rachael holds a Level 3 CIPD Diploma in Human Resources Practice from Eastleigh College, completed in 2021.
