Shruti Amaravadhi is a Production Support Technical Analyst at Connect for Health Colorado since July 2021, focusing on database querying with SQL, report creation using Power BI, and troubleshooting production issues via the JIRA ticketing system. Previously, Shruti served as a Strategic Business Consultant at Appficiency Inc., where business requirements were documented and mapped to NetSuite ERP, and as an IT Student Assistant at the University of Colorado Denver, responsible for SQL Server maintenance.
