Shante Turner has work experience as a Patient Service Representative at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System starting in September 2021. Prior to that, in 2017, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Connect America and Medical Alert. From June 2019 to March 2020, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at PRWT Services, Inc.

Shante Turner pursued their education at Thomas Jefferson University from 2021 to 2024. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Studies.
