Michael Koshak, MD has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the healthcare industry. Michael began their career at Choice Providers Medical Group/Noble Community Medical Associates, INC. of Los Angeles in 1991, where they served as the CEO and Medical Director. In 2005, they became the President of ChoiceProviders Medical Group, INC. and later joined Conifer Health Solutions in 2008 as the Medical Director. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated their leadership skills and dedication to improving healthcare outcomes.

Dr. Michael Koshak pursued their medical education at the Universite Libre de Bruxelles, Faculty of Medicine from 1972 to 1979. Michael earned a degree in Family Practice (M.D.) during this time.
