Florian Hanß is an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master with a solid background in software development and project management. Currently, Florian has been contributing to congstar since April 2018, taking on roles such as Agile Coach & Transformationsbegleiter and Scrum Master. Prior to this tenure, Florian worked at Cleverbridge for eight years as a Scrum Master and Kanban Coach, alongside roles like Culture Coach. The professional journey includes technical writing for PIRONET NDH AG, and team leadership at Reemers Publishing Services GmbH, as well as contributions to Bielefeld University in e-learning platform development. Florian holds a Master of Arts degree in Computational Linguistics and Computer Science from Bielefeld University, complemented by earlier education at Trinity College Dublin and Bielefeld University.
