Julie Topoleski has been with the Congressional Budget Office since 2003, holding various roles including Director of Labor, Income Security, and Long-Term Analysis. Julie has also served as Deputy Director of the Health, Retirement, and Long-Term Analysis Division, and Chief of the Long-Term Analysis Unit. Topoleski holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Maryland and a BA in Economics from the University of Mary Washington.
