Jing Guo is a Principal Analyst (Economist) at the Congressional Budget Office with a Ph.D. in Health Economics from the University of Chicago. Prior to this role, Jing worked as a Social Scientist/Program Officer at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and an Economist at the American Institutes for Research. Jing also has experience as a Data Manager Analyst at Harvard Medical School.
