Carolyn Ugolino is a Principal Analyst at the Congressional Budget Office with previous experience in budget analysis, program analysis, and tax analysis at various organizations including the National Cancer Institute, White House Office of Management and Budget, Shure Incorporated, and PwC. Carolyn holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fordham University.
