Rachel Howell is an experienced professional in the field of government relations and political management. Currently serving as the Congressional Relations Manager at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation since July 2022, Rachel previously held the roles of Congressional Relations Coordinator and Government Relations Analyst at Invariant. Rachel's leadership experience includes serving as President of the Howard University Student Association and a Political Intern for The Collective PAC. Additional experience encompasses community outreach with the Howard University Office of External Affairs and public policy at UNCF. Rachel's early career includes an internship with U.S. House of Representatives under Rep. John Lewis and administrative roles at Atlanta Wills + Trusts Law Group. Rachel is pursuing a Master's Degree in Political Management at The George Washington University and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Howard University.
