Miya Rotstein is the owner and personal cook at Fresh.Roots.Cooking, where they create nourishing meals using locally sourced ingredients. They have over thirteen years of experience as a teacher and artist in New York City, with a strong background in building community relationships through various non-profit and retail roles. Miya co-founded Temperamental Glass, serving as the head of marketing, and has held positions at several educational organizations, including the Jewish Journey Project and Congregation Beit Simchat Torah. With a BA in English, Cultural Studies, Film, and Communications from McGill University, Miya is recognized for their excellent organizational and communication skills.
