Graduated at Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica with a magister degree in IT, Daniel is a person who loves to learn about new technologies. He has experience working as a Developer in Siebel CRM, he also has experience in QA area working with difference tools (like Siebel CRM, AIA and Oracle BRM).
