Luis J. Melo is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and IT management, currently serving as a Full Stack Developer and IT Manager at Congelagos since April 2018, where responsibilities include designing and implementing advanced manufacturing execution software for a leading fish processing factory in Europe. Concurrently, Luis has held roles as Research and Development Product Manager and Lead Process Engineer at Algarve Partners, focusing on product development and process optimization within the organization. Previously, Luis held various leadership positions at Group Travel Technologies, specializing in software solutions for travel management, and at Kiora, where expertise in SaaS applications was developed. Luis holds an MBA from Universidade Fernando Pessoa and a Baccalaureate in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.
