João Pica is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial control and commercial management, currently serving as Financial Controller at Congelagos since May 2022. Previously, João held the position of Director Adjunto na Direcção Financeira e Administrativa at Raporal, where responsibilities included the preparation and critical analysis of financial statements, implementation of SAP processes, and overseeing the management of business units related to animal feed and livestock. João also coordinated the Commercial Management Department and has significant experience in data analysis, reporting, and project management across several companies, including Santander Totta Seguros and Crédito Agrícola. João holds a Master's degree in Finance and a Postgraduate degree in Financial Analysis from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management.
