Ricardo Campagnoli is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in product marketing, brand management, and operations. Currently serving as a Product Marketing professional at Associação Nova Escola since July 2021, Ricardo focuses on developing innovative digital educational tools for teachers, overseeing discovery processes, persona development, benchmarking, value proposition formulation, and go-to-market strategies. As the Founder and Director of Marketing and Operations at Cookie'n Ice from April 2014 to July 2021, Ricardo led a marketing team and managed business operations, including the development and implementation of the business model, brand positioning, promotional strategies, and supply chain logistics. Additionally, experience includes serving as Marketing Manager at Gabbinetto Ind. e Com. de Móveis and involvement with the Confraria do Empreendedor since 2017.
