Julio Begali Carvalho is an experienced professional in finance and strategic management with a strong focus on ESG initiatives. Currently serving as Head of ESG at Valetec Capital since December 2021, Julio has also held the position of Senior Associate at Confraria do Empreendedor since April 2020 and co-founded Amendoalho, where Julio Begali serves as CFO. Previous roles include Head of Open Innovation & CVC at Solví Soluções para a Vida, Partnerships & New Business Manager at Padtec S/A, and CFO at Civcom Devices & Systems LTD. With a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, Julio possesses a robust foundation in financial planning, strategic foresight, and project management.
