Juliana Ramalho Almeida is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Talento Sênior since March 2020, Juliana is also a co-founder of Uinhub and a member of Confraria do Empreendedor. With a strong background in customer acquisition and retention strategies demonstrated during their tenure at Grupo Santander Brasil, including roles as Superintendente for multiple segments, Juliana has a proven track record in financial services. Juliana's career began in the early 2000s at Banco Real, and includes international experience as a microcredit consultant in Veracruz, Mexico, sponsored by Columbia Business School. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Production Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo, an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Columbia Business School, and an MBA in Finance from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
