Rick P. is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in managing diverse teams and overseeing complex IT operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Confluent since September 2022, Rick leads a dedicated team in the strategic management, design, and integration of applications and systems. Prior roles include Global Director of IT Operations and Support at Elastic, VP of IT Application Services at CCC Information Services, and VP of Information Technology at Gogo. Rick's previous experience also includes key positions at Trunk Club, Groupon, Avanade, and IBM, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing corporate IT systems to providing critical IT services for enterprise customers. Rick holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Central Florida.
