H. Andrew Chang currently serves as the Area Vice President & Country Manager for Korea at Confluent, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, H. Andrew Chang was the Managing Director for Google Cloud in Korea from January 2022 to March 2023. H. Andrew Chang's extensive experience includes serving as General Manager for Business Strategy & Enterprise Commercial at Microsoft Asia Pacific and as Vice President for Industrial & Distribution Sectors at IBM Asia Pacific. Earlier career positions include Senior Vice President at Samsung SDS and Vice President at Agile Software/Oracle, as well as Global Product Manager at Applied Materials. H. Andrew Chang holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University.
