Cynthia Sysol McCauley currently serves as a Member of the Board of Overseers at Bellarmine University and holds the position of Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Confluent Health. Previously, Cynthia worked as General Counsel for The Martin-Brower Company, L.L.C., and served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Mergers and Acquisitions at Joerns RecoverCare, where responsibilities included managing strategic business plans and due diligence projects.
