Sandhya Kaushik has a diverse background in IT infrastructure and networking. Sandhya began their career as a Network Analyst at Treem Infotech Pvt. Ltd., where they designed, implemented, and supported LAN/WAN networks. Sandhya gained experience in configuring Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls, as well as troubleshooting and configuring routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
Following that, Sandhya worked as an IT Support professional at Cisnet.ca before joining Weston Foods (Canada) Inc. as an IT Analyst. Sandhya provided L2/L3 network support for technologies such as switches, routers, firewalls, Ethernet, PWDM, VPLS, and MPLS. Sandhya also wrote methods of procedures and provisioned customers' orders for different circuits.
Most recently, Sandhya worked at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. as a Senior Communication Analyst. In this position, they played a vital role in the SDWAN project, migrating plant sites' legacy WAN network to VMware velo cloud-based SDWAN solution. Sandhya'sresponsibilities included proposing, designing, implementing, and maintaining the network infrastructure for the enterprise. Sandhya also led the network design and implementation of new plant infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, wireless, and voice networks.
Sandhya's latest venture is as a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist in Networking at Confluence, where they demonstrate their expertise in network infrastructure.
Sandhya Kaushik completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering at Hindu College of Engineering from 2007 to 2011. Sandhya then pursued a Master's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University from 2011 to 2013. In 2016, Sandhya attended Cisnet to study CCNP and CCNA, though no specific degree is mentioned. Additionally, Sandhya obtained several certifications related to networking, including CCNP Routing and Switching, CCNA, and CCNA Routing and Switching, all from Cisco.
