Nathan Messer has a diverse work experience, starting in 1997 at Interactive Data, Inc. where they worked as a Data Analyst and later became a Pricing Analyst and Pricing Team Leader. Nathan then worked at FTSE Russell as a Data Analyst and Data Research Analyst. Following this, they joined Burberry as an Installation Engineer, and later as a Desktop Support Engineer. In 2009, Nathan briefly worked at Harris Academy Purley as a Desktop Support Engineer. Nathan then joined Morningstar as a Database Manager and also worked as a Data Analyst, where they were responsible for price correction and maintenance of securities, data transformation, and mapping exchange symbology. In 2020, Nathan founded ANJM Services as the Director and also pursued a period of studying. Currently, they are working at Confluence as a Market Data Specialist since 2021.

Nathan Messer's education history includes attending London South East Colleges where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Science. Nathan also attended Stationers' Crown Woods Academy, where they completed their General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE). In addition to their formal education, Nathan has obtained certifications such as Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) from Microsoft in June 2009, Financial Information Associate (FIA) from FISD, and ITIL Foundation Level from ITIL Certified.
