Arbenita Maliqi has extensive experience in retail management, primarily at Confiserie Sprüngli since October 2007, serving as Abteilungsleiterin at Paradeplatz and previously as Stellvertretende Filialleiterin and Stellvertretende Geschäftsführerin. Key responsibilities include daily operations organization, team leadership, planning, training new staff, customer service for national and international clients, merchandise presentation, and handling inventory management and financial closures. Prior to Confiserie Sprüngli, Arbenita Maliqi held a role at Yendi Schweiz AG as GF-Stellvertretender Leiterin from January 2006 to September 2007. In terms of education, Arbenita Maliqi has obtained several qualifications from the SIU Schweizerisches Institut für Unternehmerschulung, including a Detailhandelsspezialistin certification and a diploma in sales leadership, alongside a comprehensive vocational background in retail management.
