M.L. Sanders has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. They started their career at Humana as an Account Manager from September 1990 to October 2000. From there, they joined Insure One as a State Manager from October 2000 to October 2013. Following this, M.L. Sanders worked at Confie as the Market Leader Insure One Midwest South from October 2013 to April 2017. Finally, they transitioned to the role of Vice President of Sales at Confie in April 2017, where they are currently employed.

M.L. Sanders attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1978 to 1982, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management & Administration.
