Manu Fontaine is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in technology and marketing. As the Founder and CEO of Hushmesh Inc. since June 2017, Fontaine is at the forefront of advancing zero trust security solutions for the evolving web. In addition, Fontaine serves as a General Members' Representative to the Governing Board of the Confidential Computing Consortium, further contributing to the industry. Previous roles include Vice President of Marketing and Business Strategy at Brightspot, Senior Director of Consumer Marketing and Business Development at EMC Corporation, and Head of Safety, Security and Privacy at AOL. Fontaine’s foundational expertise is supported by a double master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Digital Systems and Telecommunications from the University of Louvain and a certificate in Space Studies from the International Space University. Additionally, Fontaine has military training as a Reserve Officer in the Belgian Army.
