Amy Borrello-Juliano

Head of Customer Service at Confetti

Amy Borrello-Juliano has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Amy started their career as a Docent and Curatorial Assistant at the Frederick R. Weisman Art Foundation from December 2011 to July 2014. Amy then joined Good Eggs LA as a Community Care Advocate from August 2014 to August 2015. Amy then transitioned into the customer service field, where they held various roles at Caroo. Amy started as an Executive Customer Success Manager from October 2015 to August 2020, followed by a position as a Lead Customer Care Consultant from August 2020 to March 2021. Amy'snext role at Caroo was Manager of Customer Care from March 2021 to June 2021, before being promoted to Senior Manager, Customer Experience from June 2021 to November 2022. Currently, Amy is working at Confetti as the Head of Customer Service, starting from May 2023.

Amy Borrello-Juliano completed a BA in Liberal Studies with a focus on Renaissance Art History at Fairfield University from 2008 to 2010. Amy then pursued an MA in History of Art and the Art Market, specializing in Modern and Contemporary Art, at Christie's Education in New York from 2010 to 2011. In addition, they spent a year at Florence University of the Arts in 2008 and 2009, studying Renaissance Art History and Culture, as well as Classical Art History and Culture.
